It is important to note that these requirements are determined by the Decision of the Ministry of Economy, dated January 17, 2024;
  • Individual Entrepreneurship in Azerbaijan: As per the Law of Azerbaijan, Individual Entrepreneurs are also eligible to obtain and extend a Temporary Residence Permit in Azerbaijan. To qualify, Individual Entrepreneurs must employ a minimum of five full-time persons. Additionally, the aforementioned Decision of the Ministry of Economy outlines further requirements for the issuance or extension of Temporary Residence Permits. Hello, first of all, thank you for the very informative content, which has been really helpful to me. I have a question that I think many might be wondering about, so I decided to write it here as an open question to be answered. Is the process and fees for obtaining a Temporary Residence Permit (TRP or TRC) in Azerbaijan the same for Pakistani and Indian nationals as well?
